  • Joe Wirija, CEO

    Joe Wirija is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CarBevy. He leads the company’s overall strategic direction, enterprise relationship, and business development.

    Joe possesses a unique blend of leadership, sales, and strategy abilities, paired with extensive Investment Banking experience. Before co-founding CarBevy, Joe was an Investment Banker with over a decade of international experience in M&A and equity and debt fundraising. Joe graduated with his Bachelor’s from the University of Southern California and MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

    “Coming from an Investment Banking background, I am used to putting clients and their needs first. However, I was extremely surprised by the lack of a customer-centric approach during my car buying experience. I was very frustrated with constant pressure, haggling on the price, countless sales calls. Buyers deserve better, especially while purchasing the second most expensive asset beside a house.   • Hemant Jain, CTO

    Hemant is the Co-Founder of CarBevy and currently serves as Chief Technology Officer. He oversees all things technology to grow the business.

    Hemant has over fifteen years of experience in computer programming and technology development in the auto industry. He has an MS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

    “Technology is my passion. I am fascinated by how technology can help scale a business and solve consumers’ problems. As a CTO, I aim to create a platform to make your car buying experience a pleasant one.”

    Hemant lives in San Diego, CA with his wife. He loves playing golf and poker in his free time.

  • Rupu Sharma, Head of Growth

    Rupu loves creating products that solve consumers’ problems, creates an exceptional experience. He has a decade of experience in launching products for startups to Fortune 100 companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL.

    “I love empowering and creating better experiences for consumers. As Director of Business Development for Carbevy, I aim to create a simple, smart, and stress-free car buying experience. Since our time on this planet is limited, I feel extremely fortunate to be working with a team at Carbevy, who are equally passionate and focused on creating a better car buying experience for you.”

    Rupu lives in San Diego, CA with his wife and their son. He’s passionate about Bitcoin, likes to read, travel, play poker and spend time with his family.

  • Jason Hawks, Advisor

    Jason brings two decades of experience in the technology sector, retail automotive, and sports management. As an Advisor, responsible for advising CarBevy on its revenue-generation strategy and execution and dealer partnership activities.
